To reserve your date, you’ll place a retainer fee and sign a contract (Yay! You're locked in!)

I’ll contact you 4 months before your wedding date to schedule your hair trial

1 month prior to the wedding date, I’ll send you an email finalizing all of the details along with a reminder for the final invoice

1 week prior to the wedding date, final payment is due and I will email you a timeline and hair prep guide that you can save to your phone and send to anyone in the bridal party

How long will it take to get ready on the wedding day?
We schedule 1 hour per person and 2 hours for the bride to ensure everyone receives the time and attention they deserve — no rushing, no stress. We’ll also build in additional time for setup and breakdown, so the morning flows smoothly from start to finish.
Do you have a second stylist to bring for large parties?
Absolutely! For larger bridal parties, I bring a second stylist who’s personally trained by me to ensure consistency, quality, and a smooth, stress-free timeline. The Sol Collective package ensures everyone gets the same level of care and attention, without feeling rushed or sacrificing your beauty sleep!
When should I book you and how?
I open my books 12 months in advance, and all dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Because I only take on one wedding per day, early booking is highly recommended to secure your date.
